Terres d’Aventure has been the hiking specialist for 35 years, renowned for their know-how and discerning knowledge of treks at each destination. We cater for more than 35 000 travellers every year. When we create journeys we respect the culture and peoples and in this way, we have undertaken many commitments (reforestation, integrated CO2 compensation, North-south equality). We have walked a great deal since the creation of the first Terres d’Aventure, in 1976. Nevertheless, our state of mind remains the same. From Borneo to Timbuktu, ice-cold winds of the Great North to the hot season of the Saharan desert, there are no hidden recesses which we don’t cultivate, no limit to the terrain which we investigate. We offer journeys accompanied by expert local guides from the country or the region (Rando-liberté & Rando-Lodge), which are aimed at individuals or families.

It is therefore natural that we have used our know-how and knowledge of the terrain to extend our programme of trekking holidays to include running, by offering our clients a "Trail" option. Besides we have been partners of the Marathon des Sables and The North Face® Ultra-Trail du Mont-Blanc® for several years, and have formed a Terres d’Aventure team who run each year. As each year, Terres d’Aventure is offering 2 holidays to winners of the mythical UTMB® race and its little sister the CCC®.
